I’m a recent college graduate with a B.S. in Exercise Science and a minor in Business Administration. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and currently working toward my Certified Nutrition Specialist credential. I’ve spent years training myself as well as friends and family, and I bring both personal and professional experience to my work. As a former collegiate softball player, I’ve always loved staying active—these days you’ll find me playing pickleball, golf, volleyball, tennis, surfing, running, biking, or walking. My background includes experience in both gym and physical therapy settings, which has given me a well-rounded understanding of fitness, movement, and recovery. I’m excited to bring my passion and experience to Melbourne Beach Fitness—not only to help manage daily operations, but also to build lasting relationships with our members and support them in achieving their health and fitness goals.
